Efesilo uses MCC Panels and PLC-SCADA system made by OBI-Elektrik to reliably command and control the machines it uses in the system.

While MCC panels are used in simple grain storage systems, Efesilo recommends PLC-SCADA systems in large and more complex systems. While MCC panels operate the system manually, PLC-SCADA does not require expertise as it provides fully automatic control.

Efesilo prefers high-quality brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric (Telemecanique) and Phoenix Contact, which are world-renowned and reliable in switchgear materials for both PLC-SCADA and MCC panels control systems.

The PLC-SCADA control system provided by Efesilo provides management and control of the entire system from a single point.

Thanks to the software specially prepared for each grain storage system, all errors that the operator may make are calculated in advance and the system is made error-proof.

The operator is warned by the system about detecting and eliminating possible malfunctions that may occur in operating equipment and power panels, the operator is informed exactly where the fault is and provides the opportunity to intervene in a short time.

It is possible to see what the system is doing instantly and therefore it is possible to intervene in the running system instantly.

In addition to the automatic stopping of the system in case of potentially dangerous situations, a sudden stop can be made with the Emergency Stop buttons located in the necessary places within the system, thus maximizing personnel safety.
