With this expansion, the grain group needs to be stored long and short term. Since the grain group is not in a pure state where it is stored after harvesting, it must be separated from the foreign substances in it, namely grass, stones and sand. While the sifting process used to be done by hand in the sieve for days, now with the developing technology, systems that sift tons of grain per hour have been developed. The name of this unit is the pre-cleaning unit. The pre-cleaning unit consists of 5 main parts in general structure. The drum case is the drum, the upper chamber is the cyclone and the chassis. High-strength galvanized sheet metal is used in the main casing and upper chamber. It has high resistance to rust (corrosion). 10.9 quality bolts were used as fasteners. Bolts and nuts are dacromed coated and have high yield strength. St 37 quality black sheet metal was used for the cyclone and the parts were joined by welding. To increase resistance to corrosion, 2 layers of primer are applied and 1 layer of paint is applied on top.
