Ventilation System Detailed Description

Ventilation channels, designed and produced according to the silo capacity and the characteristics of the product to be stored inside, are installed in the concrete while the silo foundation reinforced concrete is being made. These channels are coated with specially twisted perforated galvanized sheets designed according to the product characteristics.

Efesilo uses its own ALFAN brand radial and axial fans of different capacities to ventilate the product stored in its silos of different diameters and capacities.

Efesilo ventilation chimneys allow dust and pesticides formed in the silo to easily escape. These chimneys have a curved structure and their front surfaces are wire screened. Thanks to these curtains, it prevents birds and similar foreign objects from entering the silo. Thanks to its inclined structure, it does not allow rain and snow to enter.

In cases where more air output is required, specially designed roof fans produced by Efesilo are used.

Efesilo also produces mobile tunnel ventilation channels, which are strengthened by corrugation from galvanized sheet metal and can be combined with each other, to solve the ventilation problems in horizontal grain warehouses.

What Does the Ventilation System Do?

In industrial facilities, effective management and protection of storage areas is of great importance. At this point, ventilation systems come to the fore and are used to control the temperature, humidity and air quality of storage areas. Read this article to learn more about the functions and benefits of ventilation systems.

Ventilation systems keep the temperature in storage areas at desired levels. This is especially critical to maintain the quality of certain products. Ventilation prevents materials from being damaged by excessive temperature.

Moisture can adversely affect storage processes. Ventilation systems control humidity levels and prevent unwanted humidity increases. This prevents products from deterioration and loss of quality.

Ventilation systems clean the air in storage areas and remove contaminants. This ensures that stored materials remain clean and safe.

Ventilation systems help reduce the risk of fire. Ventilated air in storage areas prevents the spread of fire and increases fire safety.

Ventilation System Usage Areas

Ventilation systems are a versatile technology that offers a wide range of uses. These systems have a number of different uses in industrial, commercial and residential areas. Here are some areas where ventilation systems are commonly used:

  1. Industrial Facilities: Industrial production facilities need ventilation systems in chemical, food, automotive and many other industrial sectors. These systems protect the efficient operation of production processes and the health of employees.
  2. Storage Areas: Storage facilities use ventilation systems to maintain the quality of materials and extend their shelf life. Ventilation is of great importance, especially in areas where agricultural products, food products and chemicals are stored.
  3. Medical Facilities: Hospitals, clinics, and laboratories use ventilation systems to provide fresh air and reduce the risk of infection.
  4. Residential Buildings: Residential buildings have ventilation systems to maintain the comfort and health of residents. These systems provide clean air and remove bad odors.
  5. Office Buildings: Office buildings use ventilation systems to increase employee comfort and increase work efficiency.
  6. Hotels and Restaurants: Hotels and restaurants, which prioritize the comfort and health of their guests, use ventilation systems to provide fresh air and remove kitchen smoke.
  7. Educational Institutions: Schools and universities need ventilation systems to ensure that students are in a comfortable and healthy environment during class.
  8. Sports Facilities: Stadiums, gyms and indoor sports facilities control temperature and air quality with ventilation systems.
  9. Retail Stores: Stores use ventilation systems to ensure customer comfort and keep products fresh.
  10. Transportation Vehicles: Transportation vehicles use ventilation systems to increase passenger comfort and improve air quality.

Ventilation systems are a versatile technology used in many different industries. These systems improve indoor air quality, save energy, and increase the comfort of employees or residents.
