Ventilation System Detailed Description

Ventilation channels, designed and produced according to the silo capacity and the characteristics of the product to be stored inside, are installed in the concrete while the silo foundation reinforced concrete is being made. These channels are coated with specially twisted perforated galvanized sheets designed according to the product characteristics.

Efesilo uses its own ALFAN brand radial and axial fans of different capacities to ventilate the product stored in its silos of different diameters and capacities.

Efesilo ventilation chimneys allow dust and pesticides formed in the silo to easily escape. These chimneys have a curved structure and their front surfaces are wire screened. Thanks to these curtains, it prevents birds and similar foreign objects from entering the silo. Thanks to its inclined structure, it does not allow rain and snow to enter.

In cases where more air output is required, specially designed roof fans produced by Efesilo are used.

Efesilo also produces mobile tunnel ventilation channels, which are strengthened by corrugation from galvanized sheet metal and can be combined with each other, to solve the ventilation problems in horizontal grain warehouses.
